Once we have determined that coaching relationship would be of benefit to you, a “Getting to Know You” packet will be sent to you to complete and return. We will determine a suitable time and frequency for us to begin our sessions. Sessions are:
> One hour in length
> Conducted in person, if possible, by phone or email.
> Completely confidential
Coaching Packages
Per Hour Coaching – $95/hour
Four – one-hour sessions – $360
Ten – one-hour sessions – $850 ($100 saving)
Monthly rate – $450 – This options gives you five 50-minute sessions with the coach and email access twice each week.
